Amidst the current economic challenges, an opportunity has arisen for graduates that want to set foot into the employment world.
FBC Holdings is currently taking applications for their 2022 Graduate Internship Program. The graduate training and development program is part of their talent management system.
The training is for the following fields:
- Insurance
- Reinsurance
- Civil Engineering
- Banking
and other support areas of the business.
The training runs for approximately 24 months, thereafter the trained individuals will be ready for job placements.
Requirements to Apply:
- 25 years or younger
- A minimum of an upper second class degree (2.1) pass
Degrees should be in either of the following fields:
- Banking, Business Studies, Finance, Economics, Human Resources Management and e-Commerce (13 trainees).
- Risk Management & Insurance ( 4 trainees).
- Civil Engineering ( 2 trainees).
