The popular saying goes, “karma is a bi*ch” and this a time it has proved once again that it sure is.
A Harare man, Michael Chizanga, was said to have seen a huge opportunity present itself when Catherine Ruvimbo Gotora (25) was relieving herself. He couldn’t resist the urge of reaching out for her backside as she helped herself.
This incident took place at the intersection of Kwame Nkurumah Avenue and 8th Street on August 7. The moment Catherine is said to have felt him groping her, she immediately retaliated. She bit of Chizanga’s lower lip.
Chizanga took the matter to the courts with a medical report as evidence. Catherine then explained her side of the story to the courts.
The trial was postponed to October 10.
This is not the first time the Zimbabwean courts have been presented with not-your-everyday type of stories. Recently a woman took her husband to court for starving her in bed.
