Just In: Anne Nhira awarded State assisted funeral

The late Studio 263 actress Anne Nhira who died in South Africa last week to receive a state assisted funeral.

This news comes after a section of the Zimbabweans were calling on the government to award Anne Nhira provincial hero status, the same status which was also awarded to the late zimdancehall musician, Soul Jah Luv.

The Chief Secretary to the President and Cabinet Dr Misheck Sibanda confirmed the development.

Details on when or where she will be buried are still to be announced.
