The Wharton Africa Business Forum is a business forum in the United States that is focused on bringing African businesses value. This time they have set a competition that will help propel African ventures to the next step in their business.
The forum is behind the 2021 New Venture Competition (NVC). This competition is a pitch for early stage ventures to showcase their innovations. It elevates founders who are creating innovative products, services or solutions that tackle African problems. The winner will receive up to $10 000 in non-equity financing and a network with top founders and innovators from all over Africa. In addition, those who make it to the semi finals will participate in a masterclass that will help them establish a healthy business.
