Ray Vines seems to have been enjoying starting beef with people lately. Last week he stirred up some noise when he said he would no longer be taking any advice from people who are less successful than he is. This time around he threw shade at Holy Ten and dissed his recent collaboration with Anita Jaxson.
The song ‘Appetite’ by Holy Ten featuring Anita Jaxson premiered on February 22 and most fans were thrilled. They had the following comments:

However, amidst all these praises, others weren’t so happy with this new release and Ray Vines was very vocal about his disapproval.
In a recent interview on Powerfm with local DJ Chamvary, Ray Vines said the following:
“I didn’t pick on him, Holy ten is good and akapenga …but Chamvary if you know kuti Christiano anogona bhora. Christiano ende anogohwesa. Then musi iwowo opotsa bhora hanti unototi ko Christiano wanga uchiita sei? That’s the situation. I’m not feeling this new track. Holy Ten akadaiso handimuzive. But Holy Ten is good. Look at where he is now.”
In essence, Ray Vines admits that Holy Ten is a great artist but when it comes to the song with Anita Jackson, he is basically saying “handina appetite yeizvozvo.”
Some Holy Ten fans sided with Ray Vines on this one, while others were quick to defend Holy Ten.
