Amidst the heavy economic burdens faced by the children of Zimbabwe, they always someone in politics to blame. The President of Zimbabwe is among those who has been pointed fingers to for the failing of the economy. According to a well-respected foreigner, Mnangagwa is even said to even use prophet’s like Java to advance his political agendas.  No wonder the recent Roki and the rumba artist Koffi Olomide song caused quite a huge stir.

Given the mentality people have towards issues of governance, the song’s praise for ED Mnangagwa was deemed a mockery to Zimbabweans. This is because of the vast amount of starving and struggling Zimbabweans blame the president for these conditions.

Political activists like the controversial Hopewell Chin’ono and Fadzayi Mahere were quick to express their sentiments on his song. They suggested that this could very well be the most expensive rubbish that was produced. Some of the issues raise were that the song is said to be insensitive to the feelings of the people of Zimbabwe.
