]]>The term was recently being thrown around when the Tinashe the DNA Guy was causing havoc. Now it has been taken to an even greater level by the country Burundi.
Burundi will not be tolerant of married government officials who are involved in extra-marital affairs. A statement to that effect was released.
The statement is in French, however, the gist of it suggests that all married Ministers will be fired on the grounds of cheating on their wives. Imagine breaking the news of why you were fired to your wife and kids!
If you are well versed in French, below is the official statement:
This was well received by many women who have been stating that this is a display of the upholding of high moral standards. However some people were angered by this measure saying that the government ought to put their energy towards fighting corruption, terrorism and other pressing issues.

]]>According to COH they are inundated with complaints from residents over noise, so they are targeting businesses operating without Certificates of Place of Assembly, you can read their full statement below;
Harare City Council will in the next two months close down illegal places of assembly in a clampdown on noise makers.
Council offices are inundated with complaints daily over noise from churches, bars, restaurants, halls, sports clubs and restaurants.
A number of buildings and open spaces are holding unauthorised gatherings causing noise pollution and disturbing the peace of communities.
