A woman known as Hazel Jestinah on the Facebook platform has unleashed her feelings on her page about the untimely death of Obert Karombe.

Obert Karombe was dubbed to be one of Zimbabwe’s wealthiest men and he died in a tragic car accident along Beatrice road.

According to Jestinah, Obert killed her brother 10 years ago. She recalls in a series of posts how her brother was shot and left to die a painful death. She expresses not feeling any remorse for the demise of Karombe and instead celebrates it saying she is finally able to sleep peacefully for the first time in ten years as she no longer has to watch her brother’s killer roam the streets.

The late Obert Karombe

Below are some of her posts in their order.

“My brother’s killer died in a miserable car crush

There is no peace for the wicked.after 10 good years.Karma didn’t loose the address 🥺

What a happy day. So much to be grateful for

Nothing is as peaceful as seeing God answer your prayers

God revenges. The fact that I won’t see my brother’s killer enjoying life Gives me peace .He is off the streets for good

God knew how evil Goliath was that’s why he allowed David to silence him for Good.May God revenge on your behalf.

No matter how broke you are, Reject offers that comes with disrespect.

For 10 years today is my first day to sleep easy.

The one that ordered the hit is the killer the one that pulled the trigger is the one who took the order which makes the one who ordered the hit a killer.

If you watched Senzo Meyiwa ‘s documentary then you can understand what I am saying when I said people knew about the murder but chose to keep quite .My brother died in the hands of this who he trusted

Everyone involved in the death of my brother never died from natural causes what a coincidence.If you were involved you are next”

Hazel Jestinah

South African Based Zimbabwean artist Nox posted a farewell message in honour of Obert Karombe and Jestinah did not hesitate to comment under that either further cementing her feelings towards Karombe’s passing. Nox posted;

“My brother Obert, your death came as a complete shock to me. To think that not so long ago you gave me everything for free to use on my vedio (the house , the car , the speed boat)and you never wanted anyone to know….Although you have gone too soon may your soul rest in eternal peace! And thank you so much for being one of the first people to belive and support my vision and this video below [DESPERATELY] is always gonna be a reminder of how generous and genuine a man you were”

People immediately responded with remorseful and comforting messages and Jestinah said;

“Your brother deserved it he brutally murdered my brother for money .they robbed him a life ,He deserved what happened

They were happy that they silenced him after a month obert bought a Jeep,lived his life like he didn’t know what happened.i remember telling him at my brother’s funeral that if you didn’t kill him it is well .my brother died in pain ,that’s why he died in pain .you can judge me but I have said my part”

The death of Obert Karombe has been surrounded by a lot of drama and controversy. Firstly it is reported that he had a wife and children yet he had announced that he was recently engaged to a socialite known as “African Goddess” on Instagram. African Goddess has since deleted her account.

Karombe was involved in the accident with another woman who was neither his wife nor fiancé and the woman boldly called him her boyfriend in a live video where she wanted to notify her Instagram followers that she was still alive. She went on to express that she was worried she wouldn’t be able to attend her birthday bash despite having recently had her ear sewn back on because it was shaved off during the accident and being due for surgery to correct her legs.
