We were no doubt filled with pride when it came to our attention that a Zimbabwean doctor played a huge role in one of the world’s largest vaccine research crews. The news became even sweeter at the realisation that this doctor didn’t have it as easy as many would think he did. His success is the fruitage of his hard-work and determination. From Mbare to the world!
The aforementioned doctor is Dr Tatenda Shopera, PHD Senior Scientist who played a part in the Pfizer development of the Covid-19 vaccine. Watch below as he gives us insight into his life:
