The President of the Movement for Democratic Change Nelson Chamisa’s son was a candidate for the IGSCE Cambridge examinations last year. You guessed it, the results are finally out but not everyone is happy with the announcement.<\/p>\n

The 16 year old, Ashlee Chamisa is a brilliant student at St Johns High School. When the form four results were released they started doing their rounds on social media. Ashlee’s results sparked attention as he did so well with 6A* and 2As. As you might expect many Chamisa supporters were quick to comment along the lines of “like father like son”.<\/p>\n

However, amidst the congratulatory atmosphere there were those that were appalled at this sharing of the child’s results alongside his image. The argument was with regards to the safety of the child after publicising his image given that his father is the leader of the opposition party.<\/p>\n

Some suggested that the results were better off shared without showing his image as follows:<\/p>\n
