The Zimbabwean social media celebrity who refers to himself as Shadaya is causing havoc. Shadaya’s claim to fame is his brutal, no sugar coated advice to men. In other words, he exudes what current generations refer to as “toxic masculinity.”
This Shadaya was recently caught in 4K with his date at chicken slice. Yes, you guessed it! Its the Chicken Slice part that had people talking. Okay, so you might be wondering what the issue is here? Well, some Zimbabweans on twitter did not hesitate to share why they had a problem with this image. View some of these sentiments below:
For a man who trashes and trolls women – the society expects him to be ABOVE AN AVERAGE MAN 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
No one is hating ! Shadaya says women this that, he forgets he also has nothing and just an ordinary man trying, so are women, faulty and also trying 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Some have expressed that the fact that he took his date to Chicken Slice is not the issue. The issue is that women are genuinely surprised that he has a girlfriend given the way that he speaks about women in his tweets. Others have referred spoiling his girl as ‘simping’ which is something Shadaya advocates against. These Zimbabweans are crossing their fingers hoping that it will turn out to be the girl who took Shadaya out.

Twitter celebrities were quick to come to his defence. One such tweleb is Tete Fadzie who recently celebrated her twitter one year anniversary in style. We shared the celebration images here. She had the following to say:
Hate or love him, most of the things that Shadaya says are true. He is hated for speaking the truth as it is and enlightening men . Dissing him or body shaming the woman he was spotted with won't change the fact that he is an influencer who is doing a remarkable job.
