We have reached a stage in which we celebrate people for almost anyting and evertythinh. Not just mere celebration or recognition by society, I’m talking big companies organizing events to award nearly anything and everything. I’m talking, giving awards for Best Couple in Africa to Best Lifestyle to Best Mansion Party to Best Birthday Party. Perhaps that’s what life is all about. Celebrating by all means while you’re still alive.
African Social Entertainment Awards which are fast approaching is an event that celebrates things like the aforementioned and more. Various social entertainers from different parts of Africa have been nominated and you can even vote for someone representing your country today!
African Social Entertainment Awards (ASEA)
The ASEA event began in 2018 and is the brainchild of South Africa’s OGD Entertainment Company. These awards serve the purpose of celebrating and appreciating African lifestyle and social entertainment.
Most of us are accustomed to celebrating people for their work in their career paths be it music, filming etc. This time around the categories are vast and the socialite and businesswoman Ms Shally who is also known for her relationship with the scandalous Njuzu’s ex, the E! nominee Madam Boss and South Africa based Rebel Shumba were amongst the Zimbabwean representatives.
In the music space we also have the likes of Nox Guni, Nutty O, Poptain, Roki and Kikky Badass flying the nations flag high.
