A video of a woman crying as she and her luggage was being pulled in all directions by touts at a bus terminus in Dulimadzimu Rank, Beitbridge recently took the internet by storm. People were shocked by the behaviour displayed by the four touts who were pulling and pushing a woman old enough to be their mother despite her cries for them to stop it.

The video got to the Zimbabwe Republic Police who were similarly disapproving of the harassment shown in the video quickly to action. On March 30 2021 the Zimbabwe Republic Police took to their twitter page to announce the arrest of the young men in the video.
They also expressed their deep gratitude to the cooperation of Zimbabweans and their concern over the misconduct displayed by the touts.

Generally, citizens expressed their thanks for the action taken by the police. However, some were quick to point out that action seems to have been taken just because the harassment was captured on video. They relayed incidences were similar occurrences took place right in the presence of policemen who took absolutely no action. They summed some the police to be victims of the court of public opinion.
