Tooth decay and rooting during pregnancy is said to be caused by pregnancy gingivitis. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, up to 75% of women experience gingivitis during pregnancy.

Pregnancies certainly differ from one woman to another. Some have ended up breaking the world record on by giving birth to 9 children at once. Another allegedly lied about giving birth of 14 children at once.
