The popular prophet TB Joshua left many of his loyal followers in tears. His death followed not too long after he had presided over one of his infamous megachurch ceremony.
Among those grieving is the prophet’s wife Evelyn Joshua. She shared her sentiments in a post on her twitter page. Her post emphasised the need to stay rooted in the Almighty especially during times of mourning.

Losing a loved one is never easy; whether sudden or foreseen it’s always heartbreaking. Grief can wreak havoc on our overall well being. That’s why it’s important to stay rooted to the Almighty. Only He can lessen our heartache and comfort us in these times.

Many followers sympathised with her and shared remarks indicating that the prophet was now in a better place. The most common sentiments can be summarised by the following comment:
“We are with u Mama, it’s really a heartbreaking pain to withstand but the difference is Papa is called by the Lord for another paramount assignment in heaven. I only knew God with the aid of PROPHET TB JOSHUA, only giveth and taketh. Have never seen this kind of humility of a man”
