In more twisted news, the world record mother of 10 has come out and said something different from the previous statement.
On the 8th of June 2021, the South African couple, Gosiame Sithole and Thebogo Tsotetsi were reported to have given birth to 10 children at once. This caught the attention of the media all around the world as she was said to have broken the world record.
Fast forward to 15 June and the husband’s family issued a statement stating that there were no decuplets anywhere. At the time, Sithole’s whereabouts were unknown.
However, record breaking mum, Sithole has resurfaced and she is hurt by her husband’s family’s accusation.
The mother said that the 10 children do exist as was reported in the beginning. Why then have they not been seen? Sithole says that she is afraid that the husband’s family is only trying to use her and her 10 kids for financial gains.
Nonetheless,various government departments, hospitals and social workers ended up refuting the story in the past week. world record breaking story.
Yesterday took yet another turn as the mother is said top have been detained by the South African Police Services (SAPs) in Gauteng. This was in connection with the missing person alert that was filed by the husband’s family following their press release.
Sithole’s lawyer, Refiloe Mokoena, stated that the SAPs held her against her will and denied her access to legal representation. They were insisting that they needed to hand her over to the Gauteng Department of social development.
The whereabouts of the decuplets are still unknown.
