The idea of polygamous relationships is not a new one and is a very common practice in some areas. However, this issue still manages to raise some eyebrows world over. Imagine how much more the actions of the man we are about to introduce to you has gotten people talking.
Usually, the common practice is that those practising polygamy progressively rope in another partner. They could get married to one this year, then bring in another a couple of years down the line. However, this process seemed to take way to long for Gabonese businessman man Mesmine Abessole. The businessman decided to marry all four of his girlfriends at the same time at the same wedding feast. The girlfriends must have loved him so much such that they were wiling to not only share their husband, but also their wedding day with 3 others.
The newly-wedded brides were Madeleine Nguema, Prisca Nguema, Nicole Mboungou, and Carene Sylvana Aboghet.

This occurrence is not a new one in places like South Africa. Women marrying two husbands at once started sprouting as a result of the law that legalised this form of marriages.
Some have hinted that they would never stoop as low as to share their big day with someone else. But perhaps its a better option than to have to share the wedding day with your boyfriends ex girl like the girl we previously shared had to do.
