Given the response to TB Joshua’s death that came from people all over the world, no doubt many people will be in at the funeral service. Some of the messages from grieving fans came from as far as the Western world. Prophet’s from all over also expressed their sadness with regards to TB Joshua’s passing.

Zimbabwean prophets were not to be left out. One such prophet is Prophet Passion Java who shared a heartwarming message on his social media pages. Prophet Magaya, one the other hand, could not have the funeral take place in his absence. He has been pictured days before the funeral at SCOAN. The funeral is to take place from the 5th to the 11th of July 2021.

Before paying attention to the Prophet’s words, you might wonder what noteworthy teachings or prophecies he has to show. In simpler terms, you’re probably wondering what his ‘CV’ looks like.

The prophet came into the spotlight in 2012 after his claim to have been visited by God in his Harare residency went viral. It was during these visits that he said he managed to come up with a name for his church. He also claims to have later gone to heaven where Jesus was waiting to throw him a surprise party.

Fast forward to 2021, following the death of Nigerian Prophet TB Joshua, Madungwe shared a few impactful words on the issue. He first issued a statement saying that TB Joshua was received in heaven. However, to many the statement seemed to imply that Madungwe was claiming to have personally accepted TB Joshua into heaven.

In the following video, Madungwe is clarifying that he did not receive TB Joshua as it is not his job. He said that there were different departments in heaven and as Commander of the Heavenly Army he was not responsible for personally accepting people into heaven. However, he continued to emphasise that the late Prophet was received by the department responsible for those matters.

11 of our Lord’s disciples were all assassinated violently.

We are on earth for a purpose and that purpose is fulfilled at God’s time not ours. As painful as it is to Lose prophet Joshua, who changed the face of power, evangelical and prophetic ministries in a tremendous way; we should also celebrate the blessing we had in our generation in his existence.

1) Revealed deliverance in the most in depth way never seen in centuries. Thousands of deliverance based ministry were taught and impacted through Emmanuel TV.

TB Joshua changed the prophetic ministry through the ability to forthtell future events. He introduced the power of televangelism through the demonstration of power.

He taught holiness and love at the core of his ministry.

He endured pain and persecution remaining focused unwavering.

He was astute in feeding the poor and helped the less privileged like an international NGO.

He won souls through his meetings and TV channel by their millions.

He introduced a prayer line and made it clear how to advertise God’s power in order and fashion.

Let’s honor the Lord for the blessing he gave this generation through TB Joshua.

As l asked the Lord why tacking your general when we still needed him the most? His reply was astounding.

” l took Enoch by my sovereign will. I took Elijah by my sovereign will. I took Moses by my sovereign will and buried him by myself. THATS WHY I AM GOD “.

Among those grieving is the prophet’s wife Evelyn Joshua. She shared her sentiments in a post on her twitter page. Her post emphasised the need to stay rooted in the Almighty especially during times of mourning.

The passing of Prophet was a shock to many but as it stands Abraham the servant of God of The Church Of All Nations based in Harare, Zimbabwe had prophesied of the TB Joshua’s passing two years ago Abraham the servant of God.

However, his followers expressed that although this is an unfortunate event, the way he spent his last hours is noteworthy.

A few hours before his death, Tb Joshua had just presided over a church service at his Lagos based church on Saturday. In view of his passing, some of his last words during the service are now being remembered sorrowfully. The prophet said, “Time for everything – time to come here for prayer and time to return home after the service.”

The following was shared on the TB Joshua Ministries Facebook page in relation to the prophet’s death:

“Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.” – Amos 3:7

On Saturday 5th June 2021, Prophet TB Joshua spoke during the Emmanuel TV Partners Meeting: “Time for everything – time to come here for prayer and time to return home after the service.”

God has taken His servant Prophet TB Joshua home – as it should be by divine will. His last moments on earth were spent in the service of God. This is what he was born for, lived for and died for.

As Prophet TB Joshua says, “The greatest way to use life is to spend it on something that will outlive it”.

Prophet TB Joshua leaves a legacy of service and sacrifice to God’s Kingdom that is living for generations yet unborn.

This was very unexpected, it is seems like it was just yesterday when we wrote on TB Joshua’s YouTube channel suspension. It was alleged that the channel was suspended over the use of hate speech. TB Joshua issued a comeback over the issue which we shared in a previous article.

TB Joshua is said to have displayed discrimination of the LGBT community. This is reportedly evident in some of the videos that were available on his channel in which he “cured” gays and people of other sexual orientations. It was pointed out that to “cure” such people is a clear indicator of discriminating such people.

The suspended YouTube channel had a video of a woman being hit violently in the name of curing her sexuality. At least seven clips of this nature were reportedly found on the channel. Facebook later joined this move by removing some of the prophet’s videos from his Facebook platform.

YouTube suspensions usually take place when a channel uploads a video that violates the YouTube Terms of Service. This includes the posting of abusive, hateful or harassing videos or comments. However, TB Joshua’s followers have attested to not seeing any videos or comments that could have breached any of the YouTube Guidelines.

TB Joshua took to his social media pages to say the following with regards to this suspension:

“IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Emmanuel TV YouTube Channel Suspension!!!

Emmanuel TV’s mission is to share the love of God with everyone – irrespective of race or religion – and we strongly oppose all forms of hate speech! We have had a long and fruitful relationship with YouTube and believe this decision was made in haste. We appreciate your prayers and support as we are making every effort to appeal this decision and see the channel restored.”

In December of 2019, Prophet TB Joshua shared a few sentiments on the royal family which went:

“Pray for the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh against going in and out of the hospital; pray for God to give them revival. Pray for unity and understanding among the Royal Family – because of what I am seeing.”

Almost 2 years later on this day, Prince Philip has died. TB Joshua posted on his Facebook page to point people back to the aforementioned words.

Could this have been a lucky guess? Why would some people be of the opinion that it could be  merely coincidental?

Well, TB Joshua has people referring to him as  ‘false prophet’ as they watched some of his prophecies fail to pass. This includes the controversial claim that coronavirus would end by 27 March 2021. Its now April and there is not a cure in sight.

The prophecy about the royal family which has supposedly come true today was also viewed as very vague and lacking detail, anything could have happened and been passed off as a fulfilment of prophecy. Some stated that given His Royal Highness’ condition, going in and out of hospital, it may well have been a very well calculated guess.

However, the Prophets followers were once again in praise of TB Joshua, taking this as evidence that he is indeed a man of God
